Free Shipping — South Africa (for oyster campaign and orders over R1000)
Campaign orders (oyster) and orders over R1000 in South Africa qualify for free standard shipping.
Please allow 3 working days for your item to be dispatched once it’s ready to ship.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping on all available items.
Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Made-to-Order Items
Many of our pieces are made-to-order to reduce waste and honour small-batch craftsmanship.
Please allow at least 6 weeks for made-to-order items to be crafted and shipped.

Order Cutoffs for Christmas Delivery
For seasonal items (e.g., campaign pieces), please refer to specific product notices for last order dates to ensure delivery before holidays.
